• Account Data: Name, business email address, company name, and password hashes.
• Business Records: Customer details, invoice items, estimates, vendor bills, and inventory counts created within your workspace.
• Payment Instructions: Static payment instructions (such as Bank Transfer, Wire, PayPal, or UPI details) that you configure to display on your invoices. WilBill does not process credit cards or store raw cardholder data.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and system logs required for security monitoring and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to deliver core platform services. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties or advertising networks. Specifically, data is used to:

• Render invoices, estimates, and financial dashboard reports.
• Present your configured payment instructions on invoices and client portal views.
• Send system transaction notifications and invoice emails on your behalf.
• Ensure multi-tenant database isolation and platform integrity.

4. Data Isolation & AI Privacy

WilBill isolates organization data using strict database multi-tenancy controls. Furthermore, WilBill deliberately does not utilize automated AI chat agents or third-party AI models to crawl or train on your private business transactions.

5. Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion or export your financial records at any time.
