1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Description of the Service
WilBill provides invoicing, estimate/proposal generation, static payment instruction configuration, accounts payable (vendor bills, POs), inventory tracking, expense management, and project time tracking. WilBill does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Free trial period available without credit card. If your subscription lapses, access moves to a read-only mode; data is not deleted.
4. Payment Instructions & Invoicing
WilBill allows you to display your preferred payment instructions (e.g. Bank Transfer, Wire, PayPal, UPI) on invoices and shareable links. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your payment instructions and collecting payments directly from your clients.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to send fraudulent invoices, violate tax or anti-money-laundering laws, or disrupt platform integrity. Accounts violating acceptable use may be suspended.
6. Your Data & Content
You retain full ownership of all customer records, invoices, and business data input into the Service. You grant WilBill a limited license to host and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service software, design, and trademarks remain the property of WilBill protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILBILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Data Export & Account Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation or termination, you may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format consistent with our Privacy Policy.
